- 1993 – 1994 (v1 – Series I)
- 1994 – 1997 (v2 – Series II)
- 1997 – 2000 (v3 – Series III)
- 2000 – 2005 (v5 – Series V) – There’s no v4, it is unclear why bose jumped over v4 – Series IV for the Wave Radio
